How will my order be packaged?

It's important to us that we live our values and deliver something that is both beautiful and sustainable.

All of our packaging materials are ethically sourced, high-quality, and recyclable. This commitment extends to the use of paper-based tape and labels.

READY TO GO & BUILD A BOX ORDERS

Are beautifully presented in custom mailer boxes with hand wrapping, and a handwritten notecard.

All of our packaging and notecards are designed here at Little Ripple so we are adding new designs all the time! We will always take photos using our most up to date packaging, but some boxes may differ depending on our inventory. We also need to choose the right size box for your products and any additional treats added to your order.

You can still expect to receive a beautifully presented box, but we take meticulous care to minimise our environmental footprint, enabling you to enjoy a luxurious experience with clear a conscience.

MARKETPLACE ORDERS

Shipped in non-standardised packaging which may include reused shipping and mailer boxes.

Every order will still be carefully and safely hand packaged, but without the frills and with a focus on eliminating waste and reusing wherever we can. This practice means that packaging we receive from suppliers can enjoy a second life!

Why are there options to send my order with or without outer packaging?

This option is available for Ready to Go & Build a Box orders.

Send without outer packaging: Select this option if you are happy for the shipping label to be attached directly to the mailer box.

By selecting this option you will be helping us to reduce the amount of packaging waste we generate.

Send with outer packaging: Select this option if you would like the mailer box to be delivered without the shipping label attached and we will ship your box inside a biodegradable mailer bag.

You may prefer this option if you are ordering a box as a gift and want to hand this to the recipient directly.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day via the Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way so you can get excited about its arrival!

We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside our control can impact delivery.

Below are estimated times for delivery following dispatch, however these are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Priority Delivery | 1-2 days - £4.95

Royal Mail Standard Delivery* | 3-5 days - £3.95

Can I make changes to my order?

We work hard to fulfil and dispatch orders quickly so it will not always be possible to amend an order once it has been placed.

However, if you would like to amend an order then email us as soon as possible at hello@littleripple.co.uk and we will try our best to make the changes if the order is still waiting to be processed.

Will my purchase include any invoice or receipt?

We will never include any invoices, receipts, or payment information with your purchases. All order information will be sent directly to the purchaser via their email address.

Can I request a refund?

Absolutely! Whilst we're confident that you'll love your order, we operate a 28-day refund policy.

If you would like a refund then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days.

There's a problem with my order

We take great care to make sure that every order is carefully packed, but we know that sometimes these things happen! If anything does get damaged in the transit process, or if you have any issues with your order then please contact us at hello@littleripple.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.

You should provide as much information as possible and images if appropriate to find the best way to resolve any issues.

This may be resolved by returning the order for a full refund (see our Refund Policy for full details), or through replacement of any defective or damaged products.

In the case of defective or damaged items, please keep hold of these until we have confirmed that a replacement will be made.

I've subscribed to emails, how do I receive 10% off my first order?

As a thank you for subscribing to our emails, all subscribers can receive 10% off their first order.

Once you have submitted your details you will need to verify your email address before you get to the checkout.

If you can't find the email verification in your Inbox, then try checking the Junk folder.

Once you have verified your email address, you should enter the code SUBSCRIBE10 at the checkout to apply the discount.
